In this episode I'm in conversation with ADHD Success Coach Sarah Faulstroh about ADHD and neurodiversity. Sarah opens up about her personal journey with ADHD, recounting her experiences in leadership positions and the difficulties she encountered in juggling multiple tasks and managing stress. Diagnosed later in life, she reflects on how she felt something about her was always different and what a relief it was to finally understand how. She underscores the importance of recognising individual strengths, fostering supportive environments and having strategies in place. She also sheds light on the unique challenges women face with ADHD and advocates for a holistic approach to support a diagnosis.
