I highlight how crucial it is to embark on a journey of self-discovery and what I call, the process of [un]becoming, to truly reconnect with who you are because from that place, we can build the life you want. We'll dive into how our upbringing shapes our personal traits and why being aware of this is key. I also encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your own experiences.
